Sentence first -- verdict afterwards

I'm not one to sell things, and in full disclosure, I did receive the product I'm about to tell you about for free, but I didn't want it for free!

A little more than a year ago, I purchased Nate Patching's Wonderland Presets for Lightroom for $12.95. I remember being so excited after I saw the presets in action that I e-mailed Nate and told him, "You need to charge more for these, they rock."

Well when I woke up today I had a message from Nate out of the blue that he had updated the presets and wanted to give them to me for free. I immediately wrote back and told him I would gladly pay for them, as 11 of the presets have become an integral part of my workflow. How integral? I'd say I use those 11 as much jumping off point for 90% of my portraits.

By the way, I have my favorite 11, but there are 149 presets, that's right 149!

So you can imagine how excited I was to receive this e-mail from Nate this afternoon.

"You are really going to like the new set. I'm giving these to you because you inspired me to make these better. Enjoy.

-Nate

Wonderland 3.0 is attached"

The presets are now $49.99 for the set, but there are 9 presents available for FREE, so click on over. Now. No, really, go.

Nate - thanks so much - and I'll certainly be blogging about this again after I've had some time to play with the new presets.
