I haven't shot anything in a while, but I've been taking a lot of classes over at Kelby Training. Anyway, here's a before and after with a technique I learned from Dan Margulis's class about a LAB workflow. The trick here is to increase the contrast in the individual red/green/blue channels before moving to the LAB colorspace.
Also, I'm heading back to Indian Leap Falls in the morning, so I'll finally have some new work to show off.
