I got up at 6:30 this morning (much to early for a Saturday) - but for a great cause. The Gold's Gym in Stoughton that I sometimes/used to work at was having their second annual 24-hour Spin-A-Thon for breast cancer awareness to benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
My friend Rich asked me to come down and take some photos of him teaching one of the classes, so at I rolled out of bed at o'dark thirty for a good cause.
The event started last night at 6 - so by 7:30 this morning many had been up almost all night. Rich said he was able to grab a few hours of zzz's around 3, but by this morning everyone was hurting.
What can I say, sometimes my off-camera flash shows through.
But when it works, rim light is sweeeeeeeet.
