This is still a technique that's pretty new to me, but like I told a friend, I'm just glad I got to shoot at an ISO <3200.
Ambient at the Reggie Lewis Track & Athletic Center was 1600/2.8/1/350. Noise city on my D200, so after I had the shots I needed in the bag I started playing around and got what you see here. (Click on the photo for a larger view).
